Back on the horse, so to speak.
Tae Bo. I appear to have lost some, but thankfully not all, of the tiny bit of endurance I gained during the first month of exercise. I need to really not take a week+ off of exercising again if I'm going to come anywhere near my goal.
Especially since I appear to have gained weight over the last month. :-/

Date: 2006-05-01 08:38 pm (UTC)I feel your pain - the weather's nice, so I'm running outdoors. Today was the 50 minute day and my calves have decided to join the immigrant protest rather than continue working for me.
I can tell you from 2 years of on-again/off-again exercise that the only thing that works is the thing we hate the most: consistency.

Gradual and such is the best, chip at it.
