Back on the horse, so to speak.

Tae Bo. I appear to have lost some, but thankfully not all, of the tiny bit of endurance I gained during the first month of exercise. I need to really not take a week+ off of exercising again if I'm going to come anywhere near my goal.

Especially since I appear to have gained weight over the last month. :-/

Go man go!

I feel your pain - the weather's nice, so I'm running outdoors. Today was the 50 minute day and my calves have decided to join the immigrant protest rather than continue working for me.

I can tell you from 2 years of on-again/off-again exercise that the only thing that works is the thing we hate the most: consistency.

Gaining weight is not necessarily a bad thing. I've heard it said that in most cases where people start a serious exercise plan (rather, exercising seriously), they do tend to gain some initial weight as the muscle mass goes up. After that, there should be weight loss.

Also, another good indication would be checking to see how well your clothes fit in relation to how they fit when you first started exercising.

Tae Bo is one of those routines that really punishes you after you spend some time away. I usually did around 80% of the moves for the first 3 days when going back after more than a week. Whatever works, eh? At least you're jumping back in there. Good luck!

You can do it.

Hydroxycut = faster weight loss with your workout. I use it, and man, it goes fast.

Don't use it if you got heart issues. My brother is a body builder, and said the it's the fastest way to cut weight with yer workout.

Gradual and such is the best, chip at it.
