Now, I don't know much about the source. I don't know if this is legit. But if it is, the implications are staggering (to say nothing of blatantly illegal).

I notice no mention of the fact that, without an ongoing disaster requiring humanitarian aid, such a deployment is--at least by my understanding--borderline illegal, if not blatantly so. :-/
